The creation of Crocco Chips is inspired by the rich soil and perfected through careful attention to detail at every step of the production process.
TRADITIONAL CULTIVATION
In the fields of Basilicata, a region in southern Italy known for its strong agricultural traditions, our peppers are grown in harmony with nature.
The farming methods respect the environment, allowing the peppers to grow healthily, under the watchful eye of skilled farmers.
HAND-PICKING
Each pepper is handpicked at the perfect moment, when it has reached full maturity. This ensures a rich, authentic flavor, resulting from a natural process that follows the rhythms of the land.
NATURAL DRYING
The peppers are naturally dried under the sun of Basilicata,
achieving the perfect crunchiness that makes them truly unique.
CROCCO CHIPS
The transformation process uses only the finest ingredients, such as high-quality seed oil, which helps preserve the freshness and flavor of the product until it’s time to enjoy it… And just like that, Crocco Chips is born!
CROCCO TEAM
We’re Giuseppe, Gianluca and Paolo —three friends who met during our university years.
Drawing from our international work experiences, while staying deeply connected to our roots, we decided to come together to create something close to our hearts: to give a modern twist to a traditional product by transforming it into a crunchy snack made solely from Crusco pepper chunks.
Our work is inspired by nature—its changing seasons, its rhythms.
Crocco Chips is a Crusco pepper chip, a completely natural product, grown and processed with no artificial additives. It’s the purest expression of the land, because true love for nature means respecting it. And Crocco Chips is our way of doing that—one chip at a time.
